Oncue Telecom IT services customers are now part of Coastal IT Solutions.
Following a restructuring of our business and the subsequent sale of our mobile telephone and landline telecommunications services to Essential Telco, the brand Oncue Telecom will be retired and moving forward products and services will be provided under the Coastal IT Solutions (CITS) brand. Some products and services may still hold some legacy reference to Oncue Telecom whilst we work with our wholesale providers to update systems accordingly. Notably this will be reflected in Sonic Broadband services and some domain name registries.
New Customer Service Portal
A new customer service portal has been implemented and now all services are reflected in customer accounts. Should you find a particular service or domain name missing from your portal account, please raise a support ticket either within your portal or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Accessing Username / Password credentials
New passwords are required to login to the CITS Portal. On the login screen please click the forgotten password link. Enter your registered email address and a new temporary password will be sent to you.
We now support two factor authentication (2FA) using the Google Authenticator (and compatible) protocol and strongly recommend you make use of this facility to assist us in protecting your account.
